Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, returned in original condition and packaging, and include all accessories.

A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required.

A return tracking number must be provided once shipped back.

Products shipped to freight forwarders or third-party addresses are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Used, worn, or damaged items caused by improper use are not accepted for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Start a Return

Clear photos (if the product is damaged or defective)
Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and the return instructions. Any return without prior approval will be declined.
Important Conditions

Return shipping costs are covered only if your return is approved under our guarantee policy.

We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind on used or opened products.

Promotional, discounted, or free trial items are not refundable.

Returns must be received and inspected before any refund is processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of purchase. After that point, the fulfillment process may have begun and changes are no longer guaranteed.
Damaged or Non-Functional Products
If your item arrives damaged or does not work as intended:

Provide photo or video evidence showing the issue.
Once verified, we will send you a free replacement without requiring a return of the original item.
Refund Processing

Return inspection may take 5 to 7 business days after the item is received.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact our support team.
